Integral Massage evolved as my personal interpretation of the many modalities I practice including those addressed at the Body Electric School (www.bodyelectric.org). It is a hybrid designed to honor the natural, whole person -- the undivided person we all have potential to be.

The focus of an Integral Massage is to promote healing, pleasure and integration of body-mind-spirit through elevated erotic energy awareness. Erotic energy is the natural, sensual, vital energy of the universe. Our shared human experience is an energetic, natural participation in this universe.

Today’s culture effectively blocks and represses much of our natural sensory awareness. Integral Massage is a full body massage, designed to awaken and help release the barriers to the fuller body-mind-spirit self.

Integral massage invites elevated consciousness through sensual massage and intentional breathwork. It promotes self-awareness, self-discovery and playful healing while actively respecting boundaries and issues of personal safety for recipient and practitioner.
