Mission
My mission is to bring awareness of body/mind balance and gender equity
consciousness to people seeking to improve their individual and group
lives. My calling is to help guide, integrate and affirm changes that
will enhance the lives of those working to discover a more holistic personal
and group life path. I am an avid proponent of organic systems understanding,
body/mind integration through touch and the belief that humans co-create
the world we live in.
I advocate a deep, playful inquiry of Spirit/Eros in the embodied self,
and offer my services as a conduit leading towards a more healthful, complete,
joyful and sustainable personhood.
The practical application of my mission is to offer my knowledge to those
in need of achieving these goals. I offer my skills as a coach,
facilitator, and somatic teacher. The notions involved in any of these
modalities are intended to be broad and deep so that all can benefit from
them. However, Life Coaching in particular
can lead to greater clarity of purpose and increased self-knowledge for
those wishing to discover a more sustainable existence. My pledge is to
support those who contract with me to find better traction with their
goals and ambitions in pursuit of a well lived and fully engaged life.
This for me is the sustenance and nourishment of coaching.
